Private Dutch lessons

Want to get serious about your Dutch and make real progress? Then private lessons are what you’re looking for, because you’ll get classes tailored to your specific needs.

 I design every course around the student’s level, goals and the way they learn best. I teach everyone from complete beginners up to B2. Courses are designed to focus on whatever you want to improve: conversation skills, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, or a specific goal you have in mind.

 I combine established teaching methods (Nederlands in Gang, Nederlands in Actie and Nederlands op Niveau) with my own exercises and materials, and a cultural book-club approach. This means we’ll consume books, series, podcasts and documentaries as homework and discuss them during class. With private lessons, you’ll learn the grammar and drill the essentials, but also work on something just as important: developing a feeling for day-to-day Dutch.

 I also offer specialized preparation for the Dutch integration exams (inburgeringsexamens).
